As traveling nowadays become more popular and affordable, we see an increase in the number of people who prefer traveling solo or on their own. One reason is the convenience it brings when going on a trip by yourself. Another thing is other travelers doesn't want to be stuck with annoying travel companions who can ruin their trip.
So if you're going on a vacation and looking for a travel buddy, here are the types of travel companions you love or don't want to be with.
1.The MacGyver guy

MacGyver is a tv series in the 80's which features a guy who thinks of ways in solving problems by using ordinary objects. Whether you're on a road trip, hiking or camping trip, this guy will find ways how to fix your things and gets it going. He is the go to guy.
2. The Blogger
You regularly see this guy taking down notes and pictures of places, foods and things that he or she encounters on the trip and as soon as they get back home, they narrate and share the travel experience on their blogs complete with photos, tips, itineraries and expenses.
3. The Poser

For that instagram picture, this person loves to take selfies, a lot of 'em and does a model pose for the camera. They usually bring along with them clothes and accessories for that perfect shot wherever they might be.
4. The Thrifty

To maximize your money, you have to cut the costs. I love to have a frugal travel buddy especially when it comes to unnecessary expenses. But it doesn't hurt either to shell out some extra cash for the sake of enjoying your vacation.

This fellow will try to do anything out of the ordinary. From doing extreme sports to tasting different delicacies. His motto is you only live once, so why not try everything traveling has to offer. Make sure you got a travel insurance before going all out.

a group, there is always someone that breaks the barriers of boredom and silence. This person tells us cool
and interesting stories whether fictitious or not, it doesn’t matter and crack
funny jokes even the serious type will burst in laughter. There is never a dull moment when you are in the company of these people.

on the reserved side, you seldom see this person interact with the group. He just
goes with the flow and never makes any decisions. You either see this guy
reading a book, listening to music or watching a movie on his gadget.

of us travelers, bring along our cameras and cell phones when on a trip. But
with the advent of the latest in technology, this person sees to it that his
gadgets are top of the line and carries them with him. These sophisticated gadgets can make your dream vacation unforgettable and worth it.
9. The Travel Guide
Before embarking on your journey, it is a good thing to make a research on all the things to do wherever your destination is. So this person does his homework. After reading about the places in blogs and books, he either copies the itineraries or creates his own. He allots how much time to spend in one place before proceeding to the next one.
10. The Nitpicky
When on a trip, it happens when something didn't work out as planned. From delayed flights, hotel bookings and additional expenses, this person easily criticizes if felt they were treated unfairly. They sometimes asks for a refund or a money back.
